IF YOU ALREADY POSSESS A FOOD BRIGADE PARTICIPANT I.D. CARD, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT THE BELOW FORM; JUST ARRIVE AT OUR DISTRIBUTION WITH YOUR I.D. CARD DISPLAYED ON YOUR DASHBOARD!
The Food Brigade provides direct assistance to families and individuals dealing with food insecurity.
To request to be included in our food distribution operations, YOU MUST
(a) possess a Food Brigade Participant ID Card (either White, Blue, or Red); OR
(b) if you do NOT possess a Food Brigade Participant ID Card, complete the below registration form for each distribution event. (Privacy is maintained, and all communications are kept confidential.)
You should check this page periodically to learn when our next food distribution is. If you possess a Food Brigade Participant ID Card, you do NOT need to submit the below form; simply come to the distribution and display your ID Card on your dashboard in clear view of our staff. If you do NOT have a Food Brigade Participant ID Card, you must submit a request through this page for each separate distribution event: registration through this form is good for only the next scheduled distribution date.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 28, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
You MUST wear a mask. Please STAY in your vehicle. Either pop your trunk, or unlock your car doors, so that we can load your vehicle.
The deadline to register for this distribution is: Monday, July 26, 2021 at 11:00 p.m.
