Operating a sustainable food pantry in the 21st-century demands 21st-century approaches, especially with regard to technology. Here is a view of the client self-registration station at our Bergen Central distribution center, where newly-arrived recipients can sign up - in multiple languages - to receive assistance from The Food Brigade. Bilingual volunteers are also on hand, ready to answer any questions and to provide guidance on the process.
