On Saturday, July 10, 2021, The Food Brigade was honored to receive an award from the Peruvian Civic Association of New Jersey for our service to the Peruvian community. We were privileged to be invited to their flag raising ceremony and celebration of the 200th anniversary of Peru's independence, at Peruvian Heritage Park and Monument in Kearny, NJ.
